I finally found the handle of a stainless steel soup ladle worked perfect. Sometimes its thick and sometimes very thin. Reasons for difference I do not know, the feeling is better when its thick or so it seems. But practice in finding exactly where your prostate is and how to express the milk from it is the key. Just sticking something up your ass usually does not do anything. There are some men though where that is not true. Just sticking something up their ass will induce prostate flow. But not me. And I cannot cum from doing this. There is a very small amount of men that can cum from prostate milking.
